Production Marquees

The Production Marquee displays production information on the plant floor PLUS communicates real time production data over Ethernet to plant personnel who have access to a computer anywhere in their plant or the world. With a built in WEB server, the marquee sign requires no software to install on the end user's configuration computer. Remote setup and monitoring of production data is as simple as opening a WEB browser and entering the IP address of the marquee sign. The Production Marquee has six selectable digital inputs to supply the input source for displaying information from the 35+ production variables. The user can select production data variables such as Count, Rate, Cycle Time, % Complete, Pace, % of Pace, Down Time, and OEE to display on the marquee sign. The Production Marquee also has the capability to display downtime reason codes and override messages based on the state of the machine. Production goals reached, machine performance monitored, and plant floor information collected are all benefits realized when installing the Production Marquee. Messenger Marquees

The Messenger Marquee series offers many new design features to the marquee industry. The Messenger Marquee has multiple connectivity solutions built into one product. Whether you are using Ethernet or serial, the Messenger Marquee can complete this connection. The Messenger Marquee has a built in WEB server, eliminating the need to install software to program the marquee sign. The user has no concerns about PC operating systems or continual software updates. Setup of the display is as simple as opening a WEB browser on a computer and entering the IP address of the marquee sign. The Messenger Marquee can display informational messages along with variable data on the plant floor broadcasted from the Ethernet port or the RS232/RS485 serial port of the marquee sign.  An additional feature to the Messenger Marquee is the ability to send UDP messages from ERP, MRP, and data collection software packages.  By installing the Messenger Marquee; the user can broadcast company information, production goals reached, and machine performance data throughout their entire plant floor. Digital Marquees

The Digital Marquee Series is a simple and easy way to display messages on a marquee sign. The user can program up to 128 canned messages into the marquee and use binary inputs to call up the selected message on the marquee. This binary input can come from any digital source such as plc outputs or thumbwheel switch. The Digital Marquee has a built in web server, eliminating the need to install software to program the marquee sign. Setup of the display is as simple as opening a web browser on your computer and entering the IP address of the marquee sign. The Digital Marquee allows the user to configure the messages, connect their binary source, and begin displaying messages based upon the binary value. With no software to install, canned messages, and digital inputs, the Digital Marquee Series is the simplest way to display messages on a marquee.

EthernetIP Marquees

The EthernetIP Marquee revolutionizes the industrial market on how a marquee sign should connect and communicate on the Rockwell Ethernet/IP network. The EthernetIP Marquee has a built in web server, eliminating the need to install software to program the marquee sign. Setup of the display is as simple as opening a web browser on your computer and entering the IP address of the marquee sign.
